To connect your camera to your wifi network, you need to be sure that your router signal is 2.4ghz.(5g is not supported) (If you do not know and have difficulty in finding it, you can specify us your router brand and model, we can look it for you.) 

Some routers can run both signals at the same time (2.4g and 5g) with different or same names, you need to be sure that your phone must be connected to 2.4g signal.

One more thing that is important is your wifi name should not contain anything other than English characters, otherwise you may not be able to connect to the device. "-, -, ~, @,!-_”  these symbols not allowed. 

**Please be close to the router during the installation phase.

 

YCC365 APP

First of all, you need to install YCC365 app to use your camera.

Download it from AppStore or Google Play (You can use the QR codes on your user manual)

After installing Ycc365 app

Sign in and log in the application with your username and password.

 

RESETTING DEVICE

Before start installation, you may need to reset your camera.

There is a little pin inside the box, you can use it for the reset the device. (Reset button is at the top of the camera)

Put that pin into the reset hole, press and HOLD until you hear a "reset in process” voice prompt.

Then the camera will start the reset process. It will take a few seconds and it will move its body and return back to home position.

After a few seconds, you will hear "Please use your mobile phone to wifi configuration” prompt.

Now you can start installation progress.

 

On YCC365 App

Click add a new device

Then select intelligent camera

Select wireless intelligent addition.

The app will want you to reset your camera.

You already did this step at the above.

Press “Having pressed SET key” button.

 

Enter your wifi network name and wifi password here.

Your wifi name and password should not contain anything other than English characters.

Than app will start searching the camera.

If you hear BEEP sound on this step it means your phone was able to find the camera.

Then you are completely connected if you hear the following messages.

Please wait for wifi connecting / please wait for internet connecting / internet connected

 

Click the finish.

If you hear;

"Wifi configure failed please connect again” message, try few times to connect again and be sure that your phone and your camera close to the wifi router.

 

SECOND OPTION

If you can’t able to connect with previous option you can try this

Click the first option

Reset your camera again and press "Having pressed SET key"

Qr code will be appear on your phone and you need to hold the QR code to your camera lens (from 15-20cm distance) until the hear beep sound.

If you hear BEEP sound on this step it means your phone was able to find the camera.
